How it works
A short conversation about your practice, your specialty, and the payers you need. We work out which applications apply to you and the order they should go in, and you get a plain list of what to send. Nothing to sign and nothing to pay to have that conversation.
You send what the applications ask for — license, NPI details, DEA registration where it applies, malpractice coverage, education and work history. We assemble it into a complete file, tell you if anything is missing, and fill in the payer forms from it so you are not retyping the same information six times.
Each application is completed and submitted the way that payer accepts it — an online portal, an electronic file, or paper. We keep a copy of everything we sent, along with the date it went in and the confirmation, so any question later has an answer.
We check on the file, respond to payer questions, and resubmit anything that gets returned for correction. You hear from us with status updates rather than being left to log into a portal, and we tell you the moment a payer reaches a decision.
Who we help
The paperwork looks different depending on the size of the practice. So does the order it has to be done in.
You are the whole practice. Enrollment paperwork competes with your schedule, and it loses. Hand it over and keep your calendar.
Several providers, several payer relationships, and a spreadsheet nobody wants to own. We keep each provider file separate and each one moving.
You have a start date and a payer list. We put the paperwork in the right order so opening day is not held up by an unsigned form.

Why Secure Signings
You see patients. We chase signatures, portals, attachments, and payer follow-ups.
Applications, supporting documents, and payer notes stay in one file you can ask about at any point.
We tell you what is outstanding and what happens next, instead of leaving you to check a portal and guess.
Turnaround is set by each payer. We keep the file moving and tell you plainly where it stands.
Also offering homeowners, auto, health and malpractice insurance.
Questions
We prepare and submit the paperwork that puts a provider on an insurance payer's panel and keeps them there. That means completing enrollment and credentialing applications, gathering the supporting documents each payer asks for, building and maintaining your CAQH profile, and following each file until the payer makes a decision. You provide the information once; we handle the forms, the submissions, and the follow-up.
It depends on the payer, and anyone who quotes you a single number is guessing. Each insurance company sets its own review process and its own timeline, and some take considerably longer than others. What we control is that your file is complete and submitted correctly, that we respond to payer questions promptly, and that you are told where things stand along the way.
Not always, but for many payers and many situations it helps to have it in place first, and some processes expect it. During intake we work out the right sequence for your specialty and the payers you want, so the applications do not end up waiting on each other.
CAQH ProView is a common credentialing database that many insurance payers pull provider information from. Having a complete, attested profile saves you from filling in the same information repeatedly, and several payers will not move forward without access to it. We build yours, attest it, and keep it current so it does not lapse at an inconvenient moment.
